Posted by Anonymous on 2014/02/12 under Uncategorized So Im just curious why it seems as though no one has a real relationship anymore. its like every other week you see that theyre in a new relationship and already “so in love and dont want to be with anyone else ever again”, or at least until next week. im 21, so of course majority of my friends and their associates are all about the fun and casualty. and here i am like “well i would like to meet a future wife”. is it such a crime to want something serious? high school was full of the petty relationships so why would i continue that into my college years? maybe its just a weird phase. maybe itll pass. but for a while now, i would love nothing more in the world than to fall in love. its the most beautiful sensation someone can be involved in. yeah maybe im just a hopeless romantic and my views might not seem fit for everyone, but please tell me im not the only left who feels this way. love is such a rare act, i feel like no one takes it to heart anymore. marriage is tossed around left and right. theres real love out there. there is someone who belongs with us. i am looking for her, and she is looking for me. love makes everything else in life that is awful, and brings just enough light into it that we can smile through whatever is dragging us through the darkness. sorry for the ranting, i cant exactly say these sorts of things to people. at least to their face. but it feels damn good to say it to someone
